Vertical Lines when rendering in Cycles with AMD GPU #79025

System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro (1909) x64
Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP 8GB

Blender Version
Worked: 2.83.2 LTS

Short description of error
When using the Cycles Engine for the render and enable Denoising, in the final render, will appear vertical lines on the meshes
*That's only when using GPU Compute with OpenCL
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Just Render any mesh on Cycles with the same GPU as mine

Confirmed on Blender 2.83.3 LTS and Blender 2.91.0-a51048a5d335

CPU: Intel i3 3220
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB
OS: Windows 10 1909 x64 bits

However, this is only happening when rendering on Cycles with GPU Computing, rendering seems normal on CPU Compute
Apparently this affects only Windows based systems with AMD Graphics cards, this doesn't happens when rendering on Linux.

EDIT
Blender 2.82a doesn't have this glitch.

I'm having the same problem with 2.83.3 LTS. When I use Cycles - Device: GPU vertical lines appear on render viewport. When I try to render (f12), most of the time Blender crashes and have to end it through Windows task manager.

I can´t understand why but since I install 2.83.3 LTS version, Blender 2.82.7 doesn´t even render on the viewport, it crashes every time.

Right now I can only preview/render using my CPU.

CPU: Intel i7 8700
GPU: XFX Radeon RX 580 - 8gb

OS: Windows 10 1909 x64 bits
Radeon Driver: Adrenalin 20.4.2

*Update!

Blender 2.83.3 - I did a clean uninstall and re-install AMD drivers but 20.7.2 version this time. Vertical Lines disappear but... it is a little bit unstable when is using GPU and it crashes most of the time when using GPU + CPU. Only CPU works.

Blender 2.82.7 - I didn't crash. CPU renders twice faster than GPU. Using GPU + CPU works fine and it feels pretty fast compare to 2.83.3.
