System Information
Operating system: Win10 2004
Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 1060

Blender Version
Blender v2.83.3

Soft bodies or cloth don't interact with rigid bodies. I create a plane and add rigid and collision, then I create two spheres. First sphere - soft body, the second sphere rigid body, and collision. I start to play animations - soft body and rigid body down on the plane? intersect but without interaction. It's the case don't work 2.83-2.90, it's work in 2.79.

1.New scene
2. Create a plane, add to the plane rigid body and collision
3. create a sphere under the plane, add to sphere soft body, turn off a goal
4. Create second sphere and move under the first soft sphere, add rigid body and collision
5. Start animation and soft sphere don't interact with rigid sphere, collision of second sphere stands in one place.
soft rigid.blend
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

The issue seems to be that the collision shape of the Rigid-body, is not moving with the mesh when it's set to Active and Dynamic is checked under settings, but it works as intended when the Rigid-body is Animated or Passive.
You can see this by moving the Soft-body over the rigid body, it'll collide with the original location.

I believe this is related to this batch D6834

Thank's for your comment.
I have read the physics Blender documentation. I looked at all the information on google and on YouTube.
It is not specified that soft and active rigid bodies cannot interact.
I also know that the collision remains in one place, but it seems to me that this is a bug. The collision must follow an active rigid object.
In blender 2.79, soft and active rigid bodies interact as needed. I attach the gif Запись_2020_07_27_01_01_48_108.gif

{F8726983}video of simulation in Blender 2.79 and video cinema 4d. (I don't want it's made in cinema 4d)
In Cinema 4d and in Maya, I can make the interaction of soft and active rigid bodies. It's no problem. I want to make this case in blender also.
Are you saying that in Blender I can only create scenes with soft bodies or only with active rigid bodies?
Did I understand you correctly that soft and tissue will not interact with active rigid bodies in the Blender?
I would like to create scenes with soft and active rigid bodies.

We are aware of this problem. It is the same reported on #77685. Unfortunately the solution is not so simple.
