No crash here (can only test CPU atm)

System Information
Operating system: Linux-5.7.10-201.fc32.x86_64-x86_64-with-fedora-32-Thirty_Two 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 440.100
version: 2.91.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2020-08-03 08:44, hash: e17befe368

Since you were mentioning the Mapping node in #79480 as well, I suspect this has something to do with it?
Does this work in 2.90 beta or 2.83.3?

works fine in 2.83.1

works fine in 2.83.1

I don't think it's related because I wasn't using a compositor in this report whereas I was in the other one (and disabling the compositor in the other report allowed me to render)

@3di can you check if the issue happens on 2.90 too? You can download it from https://builder.blender.org .

The crash stacktrace is the same in both reports. (this and #79480)
I couldn't redo the crash on e56ff76db5 (CPU).
Please retry on recent Blender version.

@3di I can't reproduce this either. Can you please if this happens in a current build?
