**System Information:**Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: RTX 2080Ti
CPU: Intel i9 9900K

**Blender Version:**Broken: Last 2.90 Beta 4f59e4bddc
Worked: 2.82a

**Short description of the error:**Rendering an image, gives a crop in the image from the left bottom and gives a transparent part in the right up of the image (see the image examples).
I have delete everything from my scene to isolate the problem but seems that even like that the problem is still there.

**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error:**Open the file render bug.blend in the Blender 2.9 and then press F12 and render the image and you will see a crop in the image from the left bottom and gives a transparent part in the right up of the image.

You can also open the same file in 2.82a and do a render image and you will not see the problem.
