Short description of error
Rendering unbaked rigidbody simulation in eevee with motion blur with 2 or more steps will cause simulation to stop working.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Can you check if this happens when you bake rigidbody simulation? For rendering, simulations must be baked.
There is no problem if I bake the simulation.But if i make Simulation I don’t make baking every time or at the beginning. If I’m finished than I make baking.The problem is not baking.If I render the scene without baking I can’t make any more simulation all rigidboy frozen this the Problem I think.
Sorry this was misunderstanding on my part. I thought that problem was wrong motion blur with more steps. But yes this shouldn't happen I would say

I found that the rigid body cache is not actually reset during rendering, but when the render window is closed. As long as it is kept open, the cache remains valid. When the window is closed
BKE_object_eval_ptcache_reset
is called by the depsgraph.This seems to be working fine in 4.3, closing.
