I can't reproduce the issue on my system.
Can you please check the following:
Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the
blender_debug_gpu.cmd
. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to enable the GPU in the OptiX tab again. Once it doesn't list the GPU, close Blender. The Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Thanks for the fast reply!

I would suggest you uninstall and reinstall your graphics driver.
Should i install the Studio or the Game ready driver?
Both should work equally well.
I reinstalled and still nothing
Added subscriber: @YAFU
The user has an intel iGPU. I'm not sure how to get information in Windows about which graphics driver is being used and if that might be related to the problem.
In principle you make sure that the monitor/display cable is connected to the nvidia card and not to the motherboard.
I reinstalled my OP System and now it works!
