Blender Version
Broken: 2.83.12
Worked: older version of 2.83 lts and 2.93 alpha

Tablet
Brand: XP-Pen
Model: Artist 15.6 Pro
Driver Version: 1.6.4.200611 and 3.0.8.201225 Beta

Short description of error

Blender appears to be blocking input from the auxiliary buttons of the XP-Pen stylist under the Windows Ink API.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Testing out various custom binds both within and out side of Blender will confirm input from the stylist auxiliary buttons are being blocked.

A prime example is binding Tab to either of the buttons and attempting to shift application focus while in Blender by pressing alt+tab. The key combination won't work within Blender but it will outside of it.

I downloaded Blender Launcher and went through each LTS build and discovered that it's no longer working in any of them which means that it's either my system or their last driver update on Jan. 11th 2021 is what broke it? They have no option to download older versions of their drivers and since we're so close to 2.93 LTS, this is probably more trouble than it's worth since it is working perfectly in 2.93 alpha.

Regardless, I've sent an email to XP-Pen requesting the previous stable release of their driver, and I'm awaiting a response, so I'll update my findings here after I test it.

I looked through 2.83's changes and didn't see anything that stood out. If 2.93 is working then I agree that it wouldn't make sense to invest much time into debugging this.

I managed to get an older driver from XP-Pen (1.6.4.200810) and everything appears to be working as before.

So I guess this is resolved on my end and I thank you for your assistance in the matter.
