rendering with bloom blows the screen totally white.
happens mostly with existing scenes, but this was made in 2.93.0

Seems like it might be related to #86473
we are all using nvidia drivers. ive tried the studio drivers, same problem. im using gaming drivers, they seem more stable.

Triaging Note: #86473 reports that the issue appeared in the March 10th build, but the previous day’s build was fine. This report is using March 5th build.
it got worst in today's version, now i have artifacts in ALL objects regardless if they use sss or not.

The borders in other materials is another bug related to Screen space reflections. As for the SubSurface Scattering, I created a simpler file showcasing the problems. They are all related to using Alpha 0 in the material. Some happen when the material is close to another object with SSS, others are caused by using alpha textures themselves, with parts with alpha 0. I've seen it happen with Alpha Hashed but wasn't able to replicate it in this file, just with Opaque and Alpha Clip. I also haven't tested if this happens with spare Transparency and SSS shaders, just with Principled BSD.

Can definitely confirm.
But this really seems to have come in two steps/commits, like @Zombie said, first only the ornaments on the "hoddie", then in the next step all around the borders.
@fclem: do you need this as separate report, or is #86473 (Screen Space Reflections artifacts (most noticable when using half res trace)) sufficient?
