System Information
Operating system: GENTOO Linux, updated regulary once a day
Graphics card: NVIDIA Corporation TU106 [GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER] (rev a1)
Graphics driver: x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-460.56
Blender Version
Broken: since blender-2.93.0-f117ea262463-linux64
Worked: until blender-2.93.0-8f2c3c63e970-linux64
Short description of error
Transparent materials appear in pure white (like cut out of screen) when certain parameters are set to zero. Observed with roughness/clearcoat.roughness/subsurface - sometimes
it looks like, this happens when a "value"-node is attached to that parameter input.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Load attached blend file and render with Eevee: The Sphere appears in pure white. Change the above mentioned parametes to x>0 and re-render: Everything looks fine.

Can confirm.
There are a couple of related reports which might be duplicates (will try to gather them) but will confirm for now.

I can report this happening also when using viewport Alpha on glass objects.
When Blend mode is Alpha Blend and Roughness is Zero objects are opaque white.
I've attached another test scene, as it doesn't happen on a default cube.
To repro, just load and set the Roughness in material to 0.

EDIT: I'm on Windows so seems to be platform independent.
I think it is safe to call this a duplicate of #86604 (EEVEE roughness 0 results in bright white material), will merge these reports.
