Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.93.0 Beta, branch: master, commit date: 2021-05-04 20:58, hash:
96abe5ebbc
Worked: (unknown)
Short description of error
If you enable "View -> Show Seconds" in an animation-related editor such as the Timeline or the Dope Sheet, timestamps starting at 01:00+00 overlap each other at certain zoom levels (including the default zoom level).
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

I cannot confirm this issue on Windows 10 on 2.93.0 Alpha and 3.0,0. The timestamp following the above steps seems reasonably clean to me.
I did not change the zoom level.

I tried this on Mint 19.4 (XFCE) and got this result.
It doesn't seem like a huge problem to me, but considering the functional aesthetics of it might be worthwhile. While it wouldn't be a bad idea to allow for custom formatting, I think a lot of this may come down to monitor resolution—which is obviously all over the place for 3D artists. I'm a 1080p, some use 4K or 8K, some use laptops more limited than 1080p. I'm not sure how to implement this, but this feels more like a suggestion and might be resolved with a configurable regex for the time?

Can not reproduce this anymore in 2.93.11 and in succeeding versions. So I guess this has been solved already,
@Matthew-Hinson hi, could you check again in daily builds?: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/
I can still reproduce it in 2.93.13, but not in 3.4.1.
