Short description of error
Blender crashes at startup. But not when running the blender_debug_gpu_glitchworkaround.cmd.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup.
Complementary informations
I tried removing the user pref folder, clean install, repair, disabling 2 of my 3 screens, updating to studio driver from nvidia, same result.

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the
blender_debug_gpu.cmd
. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to make Blender crash again. Once it crashes the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located inC:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt
(or simply type%TEMP%
into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).blender_system_info.txt
blender_debug_output.txt
blender.crash.txt
Here are the updated files.
Blender didn't crash once loaded using blender_debug_gpu.cmd either. I had to close it manually to get the files.

Could you please try if the crash is also avoided when starting Blender with
blender_factory_startup.cmd
? If the crash log you've attached is the one from the crash you've report, then this appears to be related to the handling of the keymap.blender_system_info.txt
blender_debug_output.txt
I launched using blender_factory_startup.cmd and blender didn't crash either.
@Vassetienne Could you please upload your
userpref.blend
fromC:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.93\config
?There it is
userpref.blend

Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the crash. Does it really crash right away or is some UI interaction needed? Have you modified the default startup file at any point?
Sometime Blender loads part of the UI. But it never lands to the welcome splash screen.
@Vassetienne Could you please upload your
startup.blend
fromC:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.93\config
as well?I'm sorry there's no such files at this location.
Those are the only startup.blend found on my machine:
@Vassetienne You don't have one for that Blender version then. It's strange that starting with the factory settings prevents the crash, but I'm not able to reproduce it with your user preferences. One of the other devs/triagers will have to see if they can reproduce the issue.
@Vassetienne Are you getting the same crash with [Blender 2.93.1 ]] or the current daily build of [ https:*builder.blender.org/download/daily/ | Blender 3.0 ?
It does the same with 2.93.1
blender_debug_output.txt
blender_system_info.txt
Same with 3.0.0
blender_debug_output.txt
blender_system_info.txt
@Vassetienne Did it crash right from the beginning in 3.0.0 without importing or changing any preferences? Could you please upload the crash log for them too?
Complete vanilla installation. Blender 3.0 crashes at startup. I don't even see the splash screen.
blender.crash.txt
@Vassetienne Are the crash logs always the same of do you get different stack traces?

Does this work?
No this doesn't work.

Since this report was kind of stuck for a while now, I have to ask again: do you still have the issue with fresh drivers and fresh builds from https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/?
This might also be a problem with the GPU itself (or other hardware/PC problems), so unless this cannot be verified on other computers (or by other users), there is little chance to progress here.
I will tag this report
Unconfirmed

Closing then.
