Short description of error
To reproduce:
With sphere
Expected: one stroke and one option change will be rolled back.
Actually: option wasn`t reverted, but both strokes do.

Adding #core & #undo tag since the issue is related to the Undo operation.

#82805 (Undo in Sculpt Mode) claims the other way around :)
So I think everyone agrees toolsettings should be outside of undo (and that was done in
bc0a6b0400
).If I understand @mont29 correct, mesh settings should be included (than this report is valid)? The Remesh options shown in the video are mesh settings...
And it seems they are included (as long as you dont mix them with strokes)

@lichtwerk they are included but they reverts all together at once, and in the wrong order (at last when Undo switches to object mode).

Additional example: 1) enable dynotopo and 2) draw stroke are both undone with a single Ctrl-Z (just tested in 3.1.2)
