Problem with Intel graphics card drivers and Blender #91082

Description
I did not have such a problem with Blender, but from about version 2.9 I began to have problems with FPS in Blender, but I did not pay much attention to this, since I did not use it much, but at some point I was interested in the question, why is that happens.
In the beginning, when I start Blender, everything is normal and the FPS is normal, but then the FPS starts to fall and everything lags and it becomes impossible to do something. The only option remains to restart Blender over a new one, but this will happen again.
As a result of studying, I realized that the problem is related to the video card drivers. I am using Intel UHD Graphics 630. I installed an older version 26.20.100.7870 and everything is fine with it, but with version 30.0.100.9805 (August 11, 2021), everything lags.
As a result, it turns out that Blender does not work well with driver version 30.0.100.9805 (August 11, 2021).

Ooops, I closed too early! I didn't see that it's about UHD Graphics (not Iris Xe)
But the problem is similar. And it was reported that updating the driver solved the problem in some cases.

Could you try updating the graphics driver?
