I have only Microsoft Chinese Pinyin Input with simplified chinese setup here. behavior there looks a bit different.
Can you give us steps how to setup this particular input method or at least it's name?

I think I am not able to reproduce this. Layout installed was Taiwan traditional Chinese, Microsoft Quick. I see titles of these layouts in Czech. It is close, but not exactly as you described. Not sure why. In any case, I bashed keyboard randomly and in Blender I got
丷突泅汀末杯及啦玄一丷‵屎吸
. No latin symbols.@PrettyFireNOI7 I saw you involved in similar tickets, can you confirm this? Or maybe there is similar report you know about?
Though I'm not familiar with this spelling method,I suppose here the problem is the "duplicated first letter" which is similar to #80532.
Mainly I'm using is "中文(简体,中国) 微软拼音“as in the pic above. In this case to spell"输入中文字”the input is actually"shuruzhongwenzi".
The spelling way the “中文(繁体,台湾) 微软仓颉" (the input method in the report) using is that firstly type in letters then hit space bar to chose Chinese charactors.Which for example, type in "jjomn" and press space bar, then the charactor "輸" should pop up.
As a result in blender also due to the problem in #80532, all the first letter in the input is duplicated and form up "j輸o入l中y文j字", in contrast , after input the result should be "輸入中文字"(Latin letters are gone).I suppose this is the error this report is mentioning.
Well I just tested in 3.0 alpha, all the things are good, former one is in 2.93.4.

I can't reproduce "J輸O入L中Y文J字" with Blender 2.93.3 and Japanese keyboard. But I think it was fixed with D11929.
I think this is confirmed. And close please.
Sorry I am not sure if I understand, do you mean this is resolved already?
Yes. Because @PrettyFireNOI7 said below
Though if I find how to reproduce with in my environment (Japanese keyboard or virtual keyboard of the language of this issue) , I say more clearly.

Ok I will close for now.
If you find any similar problems please make new report and provide as much info as you can. Many developers are not familiar with these input methods and how to set them up.
I see.
I will check this language as I can. If I find any similar problem or the other, I will make new report.
note:
I confirmed reproducing this problem with Blender 2.93.3 and both Microsoft Chinese Pinyin and Microsoft ChangJie and its had been fixed by D11929 (v3.0 alpha).

Thank you.
