Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
Crash program on custom hotkeys to remove layers in the outliner

So, the problem is caused by the following:

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Open .blend file
Display Mods->Blender File
Change hotkey to {key Shift X} for delete operation
You press Shift+X without selecting anything from the layers and with 100% probability the blender crashes.]

The problem is caused by all versions of blender (2.83.13, 2.93.5, 3.0.0)

In the update 2.93.6 stopped crashing, but the button "X" does not respond, I do not understand, I should have created a separate report on this problem?

On the Shift+X button everything works fine, but I wish that everything works on the "X" button
