Worked: N.A.
Short description of error
When using Grease Pencil Simplify options like disabling fill, workbench engine acts correctly in viewport but ignores simplify option when rendering image.

The simplify options are only for Viewport, but are not used in Render..it's the same if you use Eevee or Workbench.
Edit: I mean, Fill option...maybe we need clarify in the tooltip what does each option.
oh... that's odd. Regular simplify always used to work both in viewport and render, even before render had a separate flag.
Btw would be nice to have an option to disable GP in render for compositing purposes and since GP is not really affected by switching to workbench at all.
UI is confusing. It is not clear if the simplify is a global or a viewport/render specific option. I would say that it is a global setting as it isn't located inside the viewport/render panel.
We should first come up with a clear UI, than we can adjust the render engines to it. @antoniov would that be something you could clarify?
I will try to see if I can use same settings fro Viewport and Render.
