Pie Menu shortcuts in Tooltips #92478

Issue

For any operator, menu or active tool that has a shortcut we show the shortcut in the tooltip in it's corresponding UI element.
This is so far not the case for pie menus, even though they are heavily used and essential for an efficient workflow.

Examples of this are:
Ctrl + Tab for switching Modes
Shift + Tab for enabling Snapping
. for the Transform Pivot Point
, for the Transform Orientation
Z for Shading options
Alt + W for the Drag Action
Shift + S for Snapping
Tilde for View

W for Face Sets in Sculpt Mode
A for Masking in Sculpt Mode
Alt + A for Automasking in Sculpt Mode

Proposal

Most of these already have a clear UI element tied to them.
Either a sub-menu in the header with the same operators (Snap),
or a popup that has the same settings (Transform Pivot, Modes, ...)

These can more easily get a shortcut in their tooltips.

More complicated are the cases where the the operators are not grouped in 1 sub menu (Sculpt Mode operators, view operators)
or where the options are shown as individual modes in the UI (shading options)

There it could make sense to give them all the same shortcut. Perhaps with the extra info that it's a "Pie Menu Shortcut"
So for example if the "Extra Shading Pie Menu Items" are enabled in the keymap preferences, The overlays toggle could say in the tooltip:

Shortcut: Shift Alt Z
Pie Menu Shortcut: Z

In those cases, the direct shortcut has priority, especially in menus where there could be only space to show 1 shortcut. The other can be in a tooltip.
The direct shortcut would also be the one that can be edited by right clicking.

Committed fix so the pie menus tooltips show shortcuts, however some of the examples given still don't show shortcuts.

This is mainly because the underlying operations don't match. Shade Wireframe for e.g. doesn't match because the shortcuts toggles wireframe unlike the menu item.

Keeping closed since the general case has been solved, however if there are particular cases that would be good to show, those can be reported / investigated separately.

@ideasman42 Now that I'm reading this task, the way I worded this is really misleading.
This was not about the tooltips within the pie menu items.

The core issue I tried to describe here is that it's impossible to find the shortcuts for pie menus in the UI. They have no coresponding menu/UI item anywhere, so there's no tooltip for their shortcuts.

My suggestion was the opposite of the fix that is implemented:
Show the pie menu shortcut in the tooltips of any menu operator that is part of the pie menu.

Modes Sculpt Mode Masking

In some cases perhaps this can also work for the entire menu, if all entries within are part of the pie menu?

There are also other suggestions I added in the bottom part of the description:

So for example if the "Extra Shading Pie Menu Items" are enabled in the keymap preferences, The overlays toggle could say in the tooltip:

Shortcut: Shift Alt Z
Pie Menu Shortcut: Z
