Short description of error
Knife tool create duplicate vertex occasionally. I don't know the reason.
Check out the video for more details. In this video, knife tool works well at first two times. However, it creates duplicate vertex at third time.

Steps to Reproduce

Open .blend file
Make knife cuts as marked in file

Test File:#93695.blend

I am unable to reproduce this on current master. Would you be able to attempt to reproduce it again and share detailed steps? @PratikPB2123 @MarcoHoo-3
I also tried switching to the commit before e3748d7fa5 to see if it had been inadvertently fixed by my recent patches, but still could not get it to work.
Lastly, it's worth noting I believe the duplicate vertex issue shown in the videos above is unrelated to #86926, however the blend file @PratikPB2123 attached seems to be reproducing the issue in #86926.
