Short description of error
Drivers put on the "Disable Constraint" switch are no longer accessible in the viewport.

Driver does still work and is visible in the Driver Editor window, however it appears invisible on the constraint, Right Clicking the icon where the Driver is supposed to be does not come up with options to delete or edit that driver, button itself cannot be manually turned On or Off either.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
In any Blender before 3.0 Add a driver to the "Disable Constraint" button on any of the constraints. Save the file and open it in 3.0.

The whole problem came when the eye needed the colorful backdrop. If implemented naively, the backdrop would be blue when the eye is closed and gray when the eye is open. This does not match other areas, so to solve this, a new rna property was introduced which is equivalent to the property in modifiers. The old property is called mute, the new property is called enabled. Both access the same flag, but one is inverted. Since the new eye icon has a new rna property with the inverted meaning, the old drivers don't show up.

The old drivers can also not be converted easily using versioning code to use the new flag, since it is inverted. Correct me if I am wrong...
