Short description of error
Compositing Tab - ''Post Production'' like Color Balance don't work.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
When trying, for example, to change the parameter in color balance to a brighter one or the color should be updated in real time, in versions 3.1 and 3.2 the blender does not respond. Only moving zoom in - zoom out causes a change in post-production.

I was not able to reproduce this. I just rendered the default scene and opened the compositing tab. There I checked
Use Nodes
added a color balance node and a viewer node. Changing any of the values of the color balance node updated the backdrop.Please provide a more detailed description or attach a blend file where the problem occurs.

Thanks for reporting Can confirm.
Cause: New drawing method doesn't see the new image as being different as the image being displayed. Related to the new image engine.
Mark as high as it is a regression that needs to be fixed before release.

Not sure if related but material assignment also updates only when exiting edit mode on 3.2
@frogstomp-4 can you open a new ticket for that case. It doesn’t seem to be related.
