Short description of error
Inverting the colour of an image in the image editor does not appear until the UI is changed. This issue is very similar to #96312 (Regression: Image Editor Flip option isn't working)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Open a image in the image editor.
Select from the top of the image editior {nav Image > Invert > One of the options in the sub menu}
Observe that the change did not occur. Split the editor region and notice the image update to the change you made.
