Short description of error
I can't open blender, It doesn't show anything.
I try to open it in "debug_log" model,
The debug file only show:
I did some research, set TBB_MALLOC_DISABLE_REPLACEMENT = 1
Blender can now be opened successfully,But I Want know WHY?
Plese tell me what happen, and How will this affect my future use.

The only resource I was able to find was https://oneapi-src.github.io/oneTBB/main/tbb_userguide/Windows_C_Dynamic_Memory_Interface_Replacement.html but not sure if this is relevant really.
Probably @LazyDodo may be able to tell more, I would be interested to hear as well. At least now I am not sure whether this should be considered a bug or why this can happen. Only idea I have is try to disable any anti malware software if you use any.
Could be anything from windows changing something so the hook no longer recognizes the function to AV interfering, unless a dev can locally reproduce this i don't see an easy fix or diagnostic here.
