Add Menu for new curves object #96854

Currently, the "Hair Curves" option in the Add menu just adds some random curves, which is not all that useful.

It would be better to have a submenu that supports different options. At least one of the options should automatically set the surface object to the active/selected mesh object.

Even though it exposes the subtle/weird naming difference to users, I would propose calling the submenu "Curves" rather than "Hair Curves", since otherwise I worry the "Hair" naming might stick.

In the menu I think we could basically replicate the items in the current "Curve" menu also.
I've always thought an empty curve object would be nice, in the cases where you want to draw something immediately.

Seems fine, although that might need some user feedback.
Replicating the primives from the "Curve" menu is fine, but I don't think we should do that yet, because it's essentially useless until there is an edit mode. Will be easy enough to add once we have an edit mode.
