Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
. Draw a couple of GP keyframes in Blender 3.2 and up.
. Transform layer.
. The Onion Skin doesn't follow the transformation.

3.2
branch and later merge this branch inmaster
@antoniov hi, Yann don't have commit rights.
So reviewers (more likely you) will commit the patch for Yann :)
I will take care of committing the fix once we have it!
Diff has been uploaded: D14829.
This should fix this regression.
It should also fix onion skinning display when using layer parenting, which was not working previously.
