Visual Glitch in ViewPort Shading: Solid mode, glitch stays even after closing and reopening Blender 3.1.2 #98186

Short description of error
Weird glitch randomly appears (after playing with shader settings, I tried to add an image texture node to my main face sculpture), a noise texture node connect to the normal input of the Principled BSDF (really basic, just moving around alpha, transmission values, randomly, I am a novice) and ViewPort Shading: Solid view the glitch randomly appears. Error disappears only when selecting the "Object" option in the Color section of the Viewport Shading options menu (down arrow, as last two screenshots show). The "Material" and "Texture" options in the Color section result in the same visual glitch reappearing.

Material Preview Mode and Render Preview Mode look fine. Project renders correctly as well, both in Evee and Cycles. Glitch remains after closing Blender and reopening project.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Sculpt moderately complicated sculpture, play around in the shaders (transparency, normals, image textures to base color). This the second time this glitch has appeared. First time it appeared while trying to make an object transparent using the color picker in the properties panel, materials section (in Layout view). Second time appeared with the description above.

Deleted every object except the main sculpture and camera, saved a copy of the file, and the glitch no longer appears. Here is a screenshot of the copy of the file without errors.
