Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.1.2, branch: master, commit date: 2022-03-31 17:40, hash: cc66d1020c
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
Physics does not work when copy same structure to other scenes ( sometime crash too)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Take a look in the file,
"Scene" the original scene, everything works.
when you toggle to other scenes the physics does not work.
even if you set FPS and frames configuration to same as in "Scene"

The file is too complex.
I don't know what is expected in each scene.
If I press Bake, the simulation seems to work correctly.
Maybe it is related do #74557 (simulation in new scene causes crash in original scene's simulation)

Can you provide a simplified .blend file with only two Scenes, few objects and clear steps on how to reproduce the bug?

Thanks for the report. but unfortunately the scenario described is too time consuming for us to track down, we require the bug reporter to narrow down the problem.

Normally .blend files can be simplified by removing most objects and disabling settings, until the problem reveals itself more clearly.

As #74557 seems related, I'll merge the reports.
