System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19044-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series ATI Technologies Inc. 4.5.14757 Core Profile Context 20.12.1 27.20.14501.28009

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.2.0, branch: master, commit date: 2022-06-08 10:22, hash: e05e1e3691
Worked: 3.0

Short description of error
Subdivision modifier doesn't work right on 3.2. (Same problem on 3.1 as well).
When I add the subdivision modifier to any object, instead of subdivide it, it just makes the object appear invisible in the viewport.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Please describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue]
Add any object and just add a subdivision modifier to it.

Hi, thanks for the report. This is same issue as in #94936 (GPU subdivision option with subdivision surface modifier collapses geometry (AMD GPU))
Upgrade your GPU driver to fix this problem: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/troubleshooting/gpu/index.html
You could also fix this by turning off GPU subdivision with current drivers: {nav Edit > Preferences > Viewport > Subdivision > GPU Subdivision}
I'll merge this report in #94936. Feel free to comment if issue still remains

Thank you very much for your help! My Graphic card drivers are up to date, however, turning off GPU subdivision in the Preferences solved the problem for me. Thank you again for your help!
