Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.22000-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 6600M ATI Technologies Inc. 4.5.14800 Core Profile Context 22.5.2 30.0.21017.1000

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.3.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2022-06-15 21:53, hash: e6e9f1ac5a
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
while using blender it freezes with little square glitch looking things all over the screen and on the top of the window it says not responding. this problem or crash happens when it wants, it can happen while scaling a model size, it can happen while i zoom in or out in a model, it also freezes when adding a reference image and etc. but after the crash happened and i open blender again and when i try the same thing that makes blender crash, it works fine, but again after using for a few minutes it freezes with a little square glitch looking things all over the screen. i have installed the latest drivers but it doesn't solve the problem, i have been facing this problem on blender 3.0, 3.2 and 3.3(alpha) i have 32GB ram and 8GB dedicated AMD Radeon RX 6600M graphics card and i use windows 11, i will upload a screenshot of what the screen looks like when blender freezes. the freeze in the screenshot happens while i was adjusting camera resolution for my model please help Screenshot 2022-06-23 205358.jpg

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
it doesn't have any exact steps it just happens randomly for example if i add a reference image and it crashes, and after the crash when i open blender again and add a reference image it works fine but after a few minutes it crashes if i do anything it might be adding subdivision modifier or anything else

I will merge this report to #97991, since this issue has been already reported. However steps to reproduce the crash are missing. Can you create set of steps that would nearly guarantee the crash? If so please add them in comment to #97991
