System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19043-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 472.39

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.2.0, branch: master, commit date: 2022-06-08 10:22, hash: e05e1e3691
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
while we in edit mode
and we activate Multiframe mode with falloff cheked , if we rotate a stroke in a frame
that will make other selected strokes in other selected frames smaler when we approach 90° and the size go back at 180° and get smal at 270° and go back at 360°
the effect of falloff curve happen for scaling instead rotaion but for rotation is rotated without falloff curve as if it's desactivated for rotation

I think the transformation is applied linearly without considering rotation interpolation... So in that sense it's actually correct (if you reduce the falloff range you could probably see why) Maybe @antoniov could take a look?

here i am not talking about interpolation but mutiframe rotation usage "WITH individual pivot point ,, i only apply rotation and not scaling...

(in fact to create quick example i used inerpolation then i changed the type of keyframes from breakdowns to keyframes )

I FOUND also that while i rotate a scaling happen in which the indesired scaling effect is greater where the falloff is near to 0

I don't see any problem in the transform. If you apply a different curve, you can see the transformation is correct with the actual design. Maybe, you want a different effect, but really I don't know what you expect.

what i expect is when i rotate the shape must not be scaled ,and must only rotate using falloff curve(like a proportional rotation but for multiframe )
2022-07-04 12-38-20.mp4
and rotation seems not proportional based on falloff curve and that appear when we play animation the shape is not have rotation motion while moving only the bug (IMHO) scaling 2022-07-04 12-50-31.mp4

@hamza-el-barmaki Could you test the patch to check if the problem is solved?

may this seems baby steps but i don't know
from where i'm not familiar where i can download to test ? i tries to find :" D15364" it from https://builder.blender.org/download/patch/

ah i understant , in fact i can't because i'm not good at programming to build it so sorry for that

@hamza-el-barmaki hi,
I was like you about a year ago.. drop by on https://blender.chat/ and we'll walk you through the process.

You'll need some disk space and patience :)
Also visual studio, git, svn, cmake... more on that you can read here: https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Building_Blender

once you have your toolset installed it is less scarry than it might look like... basically there are only couple of commands you need to run to have your most fresh copy of blender
always at hand. This will also bring you closer to community and pack you with knowledge that you can use in other aspects of life.

I highly recommend you take this path :)

@frogstomp-4 thanks for motivation , i need first to learn Python and some basic algorithms and C .... after planning and working on that i'll be ready and happy to contribue by anything i can.
Note: my background is Math and teaching right now. hopping i can be in future more helping that only reporting bugs
:)
