Blender starts up extremely slow. It shows a black screen for 40 seconds at least and only than the splash screen appears.

Note: previous versions (3.0 and before) started in about 1 second.

With --factory-startup option, everything is the same: 40 seconds to start up. Also, no output appears in the terminal.

Since the Blender version is the same, it was probably a packaging issue, so we can consider this resolved.
