System Information
platform: 'Windows-10-10.0.22631-SP0'
renderer: 'NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090/PCIe/SSE2'
vendor: 'NVIDIA Corporation'
version: '4.6.0 NVIDIA 555.99'

Blender Version
version: 4.2.0 Beta, branch: blender-v4.2-release, commit date: 2024-06-05 21:17, hash: a4d933e93e, type: Release
build date: 2024-06-06, 01:14:38

Short description of error
Linking collision modifier data doesn't work, when "Copy Attributes Menu" Addon is used.

Seem to never worked.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Activate the "Copy Attributes Menu" Addon/Extension
Create two simple Objects.
Add a Collision Modifier in the physics tab to one object.
Select all objects, the one with the collision modifier have to be active.
Press CTRL+L now. In the appearing menu, select "Copy Modifiers".
-> Nothing was transferred to the selected object(s).

When using other modifiers, like subdivision or bevel, even geometry nodes, all works well. Just the collision modifier and its data will not be transferred. I haven't tested the other physics modifiers, but cloth works also fine.

See my example scene and video.

As I told you in original report, this isn't add-ons functionality. Ctrl-L is core Blender feature. Closing this

Beside of just closing this, why are you not so kind and tell me where I have to post this, please?
Or rename it in the origin blender issue, I've posted?

Your original issue is in correct place and will be taken care of by triaging module. I just made correction that its not extension functionality, so that developers don't close it.
