Current development version with latest submodules:

On production Blender ID it's worse, because the password entry fields are gone and even randomly clicking around doesn't allow me to enter a password:

The missing form is probably due to the identifier on the URL being incorrect (I just copied it from the devserver URL).

Is this still considered an issue? The design has been updated and the UI is quite clear on Choosing Your Password.
