UTM parameters omitted in some links of the footer #104126

Not sure it has been done on purpose or if it's just an omission but when the links in the footer are hovered, some of them contain ?utm_medium=www-footer while others do not.

Perhaps all links in the footer should contain /?utm_medium=www-footer in order to track clicks with Google Analytics?

Links that contain the Urchin Tracking Module parameters:
