Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
According to the error bubble, the author of a task can always edit it, but I can't edit blender/blender-addons#40080

I believe the message says that the owner of the task can edit it, which is not the same as the author. But yes, we would like this to be supported, see #37774 (Authors should be able to edit tasks in Phabricator).
