Download menu has artifact sticking up from the bottom #42695

In http://www.blender.org/download/, the "Download" menu for Windows has a visual artifact sticking up from the bottom in its initial state:

Chrome's developer toolbar is of the opinion that this is generated by an alert that "Windows XP is not in (active) support anymore":

This appears both on FF 34.0 and Chrome 39.0.2171.65.

I can confirm this. It only happens when entering on that particular tab though.
So when you are on Linux (opens the Linux tab), and you switch to Windows, it works fine.

Same issue also happens on the Mac tab (the small note we have there about 32bit).
