Wiki is not mobile friendly #43133

The wiki needs an update for viewing on mobile browsers. The fonts are very small and zooming in scales the sidebar over the content.

This solution could be as simple as updating MediaWiki (BW is 1.16.2, MW is in 1.24.1), which has a very mobile friendly theme. This would allow logged in users to switch their theme to the default MediaWiki theme.

The "proper" solution would be a rewrite of the theme to be in-keeping with the new b.org look.
