Short description of error
Chrome crashes when trying to donate to Blender.org
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Went to blender.org
Clicked donate tab
Under middle PayPal section, clicked the credit card strip image
Entered payment details as a one off payment of 50.0
Clicked send
Red error popped up as forgot phone number
Entered phone number and noticed it had deleted all credit card info (grrrr) so retyped that
Clicked send, waited about 3 seconds then Chrome crashed.
Chrome Version 53.0.2785.116 (64-bit) crashed and closed.
Have AdBlock installed in Chrome, no other addons.
Now do not know if payment went through or not, no email to confirm or deny.

@Anim, not sure blender's bug tracker is best place for such reports. We can't fix crash of Chrome. But surely it's annoying to have no idea whether your payment worked or not.
That part i have no way to check myself and will leave it up to @fsiddi and @Ton to investigate.
