Let's look into adding support for header image alignment (helps with layout when the subject of a header is a character for example).

The bug triaging team is currently cleaning up tickets with incorrect status or subtype. This design ticket is currently marked as needs triage, I'm setting it as confirmed as no triaging is needed for design tasks.
