The reason I reported this was the first line, if I do so:

Note: This is an archived version of the Blender Developer Wiki.
THE CURRENT AND ACTIVE WIKI IS AVAILABLE ON WIKI.BLENDER.ORG

So that's not the case.

Instead of that line, by default there should be a statement, that the link points to the old wiki.

This part of the wiki is currently in migration phase, many design documents can be found in the Wiki Archive.
