Can't download 2.83 LTS zip file #80394

Not sure if it's just me or if I'm missing something but I can't download any of the 2.83 LTS ZIP files.
https://www.blender.org/download/lts/

All the other file options seem to download fine, But the zip files lead me to the "thank you" page without downloading anything.
I've tried on Chrome, Firefox and even Explorer and Microsoft edge.

The link on the page is incorrect. Instead of https:*www.blender.org/download/Blender2.83/blender-2.83.5-windows64.zip?x20324 it should be https:*www.blender.org/download/Blender2.83/blender-2.83.5-windows64.zip.

several windows links, not just 2.83.5 on that page have the ?x20324 in the end.
