System Information
Windows with recent Chrome

Short description of error
It is hard to find the right place to fill out the form fields, as they are grey on grey. Using Autofill from chrome I saw where I should have clicked after it colored the fields blue.

The Payment selection is also a little broken, peaking through the bounds of the table

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Go to checkout as logged in user.
