Short description of error
When you go on website https:*wiki.blender.org/wiki/Reference/Release_Notes/ , it says

Expression error: Unexpected < operator.

However URL https:*wiki.blender.org/wiki/Reference/Release_Notes does work (without the last slash)
It should point show "Page Not Found!" as on the other pages.

Also, it would be great if all of those pages with missing or additional slashes pointed to the same page, like on Blender Download page

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

I think this is just a quirk of Media Wiki, Reference/Release_Notes/ and Reference/Release_Notes are two different pages.
I am not sure if that is something that could be configured or not.

Closing since this is a bug on Media Wiki, not related to blender-org.
