Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Go to https://www.blender.org/download/releases/3-0/
Scroll down to the Asset browser section
Click on one of the Asset Libraries, Catalogs or Tags cards
Get taken to an issue unrelated to the asset browser

I can try removing the links, quoting @JulianEisel from chat:

The links there to commits don't make much sense either way
earlier they were just pointing to arbitrary commits on that topic, there was no single commit or so introducing these features
