Checked in Opera and Firefox.

I assume text should be lower.
These icons have several issues. First, all of them are too high. Second, when you put them lower, most of them will go over horizontal line that separate description from link (some of them doing it right now when there are no description line, see Dutch). Third, if you look closely there are square space for an icons inside of which are cicle for an icons, and this circle is slightly bigger than square, so it's peaking from all 4 sides.
