Triaging

Validate triaged bug reports are complete, i.e. including module label and other rules.
Put bugs automatically on project board for modules that prefer to work that way? High priority bugs could be always there.
Auto remove closed issues and pull requests from project board? But better would be native support doing this by default on certain boards.
