If I'm signed in another Blender ID-supported website (Devtalk for example) and not signed in on this Project website, pressing the subscribe button on issue/PR leads to HTTP 405 error.

This is most likely an issue in upstream Gitea, and we don't track those here. If it was an important issue that blocks Blender developers we can do it, but this is minor so not something I want to spend time to investigate.
