Documentation links in Blender 4.1 add-ons bundle have double slash between "4.1" and "addons"

For example:

LoopTools -> Documentation link: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/4.1//addons/mesh/looptools.html
Node Wrangler -> Documentation link: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/4.1//addons/node/node_wrangler.html
Bool Tool -> Documentation link: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/4.1//addons/object/bool_tools.html

Hi, thanks for the report. I’m aware of this, it was a mild mistake on my automation script.

Since the links still work I don’t think we should update (all 90 extensions). I’ll leave for new maintainers to pick this up once they start getting the ownership over the extensions.
