Changing sort-by filter maintains current page position #180

Currently, when changing the sort-by order from Ratings to Downloads, for example, the page position is maintained (if you were on page 3, you'd still be on page 3 instead of returning to page 1). This behaviour is unexpected & jarring.

It's a simple change. I've opened a PR: #179 (may need to be applied to the themes listing page as well if this doesn't also cover it)
