Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
on Windows OS

Note: I am able to unzip with 7zip and on Mac
Could this be connected to the batch migration that was done on these add-ons?
This is a known issue caused by extensions created with the Blender command-line tools during Blender 4.2 alpha. The only solution in this case is to contact the author (e.g., writing on the corresponding Approval Queue entry) and ask them to re-generate the package with a more recent Blender.
I just realized that in this case the error may be something else. That said, this seems to be already discussed on #124620
