I have already enabled LoopTools, but I couldn't find it in the Shift+A panel. I've restarted the software and downloaded the offline version of the plugin, so now there are two LoopTools.

I'm sorry, I made a silly mistake. I didn't find it in the Shift+A menu, but I found LoopTools in the N panel, and it seems to be working normally. However, I thought it should also appear in the Shift+A menu, just like Archimesh does.
